  • Human Resources - In this day and age effective HR practices are more important than ever. Ensuring complete employment documentation exists, that the documentation is stored correctly and is available to only appropriate personnel is critical. Ataraxis handles the new employee enrollment process, maintains personnel records and insures these practices meet state and federal laws. From providing a compliant handbook to processing and handling unemployment claims, Ataraxis is here to assist with your human resources needs.
  • Payroll - There are many payroll processing companies to choose from, but Ataraxis takes payroll much further. Through co-employment, Ataraxis becomes the payroll employer of record. Therefore, all tax liability is Ataraxis’s liability. State and Federal payroll taxes are reported under our EIN, eliminating the need for you to track, let alone pay, employer taxes for employees.
  • Workers Compensation - Ataraxis will assist you in making sure that the workers compensation policy you have is the right one for your business and properly covers your workers. As an Ataraxis client, your business can either join our worker's compensation policies, or maintain your own. While Ataraxis is not an insurance agent, we will work with your existing agent, or refer you to agents we know specialize in worker's compensation coverage, to ensure you and your business are properly protected in the event of worker injury.
  • Benefits - Benefits have become an integral part of most company's Total Compensation Package. Regardless if your company provides Health, Dental, 401k and other benefits or not, Ataraxis can help.
